Renata3 (talk · contribs) – Renata3 is a pleasure to work with. Her ideas are insightful and often inspire immediate implementation; she has altered my course via astute suggestions more than once. She is a tireless contributor, and even though she continuously apologizes for her lack of time to spend on Wikipedia, she has managed to accumulate over 4,300 edits in the past eight months. She cares about Wikipedia a great deal and does not hesitate to jump in and help steer haphazard development in a more constructive direction (that's how I met her). She has a nice way of tapping you on the shoulder and pointing things out in such a way that you can see them from another point of view. In addition to extensive article editing, she is currently maintaining the Community Bulletin Board on the Community Portal. I think she would make a fine aministrator.

Candidate, please indicate acceptance of the nomination here: I am afraid I have to decline again. About a month ago, I made a pact with Durin what he will evaluate me for fitness for the mop. And I want to stick to that. I don't mind waiting because I know that I won't be sorry: Durin's analysis is the most useful feedback a Wikipedian can get. If he decides not to nominate, I will know exactly what I need to work on. If he decides to nominate, I will consider it the best recommendation. I thank Go for it! for a very kind gesture.
