1. Why are you interested in becoming an administrator?

A: I have zero interest in becoming an administrator.

2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?

A: One time I made an Among Us reference in a sockpuppet accusation. That was pretty funny, I guess.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

A: On Wikipedia? No. In real life? Yes. A lot. I haven't learned from any of them.
