  • This image appears as if it may have come from here: [2] If this is the case, it appears to be copyrighted by that website and probably can't be used here as a free file. AustralianRupert (talk) 10:28, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This also applies to all other images uploaded by this user and explained in WP:ANI#User Zaczac178 and images I have found links to all images and the editor still dont seem to stop despite previous images removed and user warned. QED237 (talk) 23:25, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • See c:Commons:Deletion requests/File:ESTFtrs.jpg. Stefan2 (talk) 18:19, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • Delete it and resolve it on the commons. --evrik (talk) 04:51, 15 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • User:Evrik, why did you tag the file with {{NowCommons}}? WP:CSD#F8 requires that "the license is undoubtedly accepted at Commons", which is not the case here as the file is possibly unfree. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:57, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • Because it is already on the commons with the same name. Just delete it here now and argue it over on the commons. --evrik (talk)
      • But in order to delete it under WP:CSD#F8, you first have to show that "the license is undoubtedly accepted at Commons", which you haven't done. --Stefan2 (talk) 15:24, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I've deleted this file at Commons because we are lacking the details of who the photographer was, when the photo was taken and when the photographer died. Just because it looks like an old photo does not mean that it is pre-1923. Green Giant (talk) 21:52, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Additionally, we have no clue about when the picture was first published. The military might keep a lot of pictures secret and might not publish them until a long time after the pictures were taken. --Stefan2 (talk) 16:17, 12 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • This is a derivative work. Stefan2 (talk) 20:20, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Kept; photo taken in Israel. The uploader is Eddie Gerald, all his uploads have the same name. Diannaa (talk) 18:19, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • This is a derivative work. Stefan2 (talk) 22:15, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • Derivative of what? Please show us. Otherwise it should stay. --evrik (talk) 17:18, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
      • Derivative of a wall, or whatever that is. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:58, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
        • If there is freedom of panorama in Israel, I don't know, I believe that this work is fine. --evrik (talk) 15:23, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
          • So the picture is from Israel? The uploader only wrote "Photo by Eddie Gerald", without telling who Eddie Gerald is or where the picture was taken. I also note that a different user later has made statements about who Eddie Gerald might be, but there is no source for these statements, so it might not be possible to use those statements for determining the copyright status. --Stefan2 (talk) 15:29, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • The stated permission is only to "use" the picture, not to put it in the public domain. As the permission seems to be Wikipedia-only, the permission is insufficient. Stefan2 (talk) 22:59, 10 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • This seems more like a newbie user not understanding the OTRS system. I have relabled it is {{Non-free_fair_use}}, and moved the permission to the talk page. --evrik (talk) 17:55, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete, fails WP:NFCC#1 as a non-free image, a free image of this theatre interior could be created. January (talk) 15:04, 15 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This is not the venue for that discussion. Look at {{dfu}}. I just an email to the theater and copied OTRS. --evrik (talk) 16:30, 15 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
