• That's consistent with the copyright notice I found on the BC Legislature website here, which notes "Selected images on this site: © John Yanyshyn, Visions West Photography." And otherwise the notice even says that the government itself claims copyright...so the PD tag on the image seems incorrect either way.   • • contacted bury to verify copyright issue. I do not believe there will be one. I am pretty sure I took this photo, but he will remember! I met a lot of these people while attending some meetings they attend. Its not worth taking a chance, it might have been his daughter.
