- Claims to be own work, but previously published... and for a cover shoot. Suggests it was a work for hire, or was licensed to whoever was producing the album (which would almost certainly be an exclusive license or transfer of copyright).
Additionally, the EXIF is suspicious: if it were taken on an HTC, the EXIF has been scrubbed substantially. There's no usual EXIF footprint from whatever graphics program was used to edit this.
