It is also written on the bottom of the page "רשימה חלקית" - "(This a a page) to be distributed". It was created for the sole purpose that it's message should be publicized to all.

The file is already on wikipedia since May of 2007. I just was not sure how use the uploaded file since it is in hebrew wikipedia and I have difficulty with Hebrew wikipedia terms. If you do choose to remove this photo - please update the link of the photo in the Chabad messianism article to the already existing photo. (Or at least assist me in doing so).

However it seems that that "Chabadpedia" has the same rules of uploading as wikipedia. On the upload page of the image [4] is written: "התוכן זמין לפי תנאי GNU Free Documentation License 1.2" (Translation: "This file is in accordance with GNU Free Documentation License 1.2"). It is also written on the site [5]: שימו לב: תרומתכם לחב"דפדיה תפורסם תחת תנאי הרישיון GNU Free Documentation License 1.2 (Translation: Anything that you will contribute to chabadpedia will be governed under the GNU Free Documnetation License 1.2). Let me change the source of the document to chabadpedia to avoid misunderstandings.

Let me repeat the earlier point that this was created for the sole purpose to be publicized and distributed as stated in the photo. (To my understanding there was never an owner to this freely distributed document - it was compiled and signed by multiple rabbis with the intention of publicizing).
