These files were first sourced to this page which is available under CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0, a licence not accepted by Wikipedia. The uploader then changed the link to CC's summary page for CC-BY-SA 3.0, a licence which is accepted by Wikipedia. Unfortunately, there is no evidence that the images are available under CC-BY-SA 3.0 or any other acceptable licence as the only licence which has been proved is the unacceptable CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0. --Stefan2 (talk) 07:42, 4 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The images were not sourced at this page, the licence was. Images from the same author and same images pack (some I have uploaded) have been uploaded by another used uwing the same licence as the current one. Hawkeyebasil on 30 March 2014 with no issues. Obviously the licences have been changed a few times. Mainly because the first one was not acceptable on WP. The second licence still fulfilled the Author's permissions but was apparently still not acceptable on WP. The third licence matched the pre-existing image's previously uploaded by another editor without issue. The new licence still matched the Author's wishes and is acceptable on WP.

The files uploaded by Hawkeyebasil (talk · contribs) to Commons on 29 March (30 March in some time zones) are listed as "own work by uploader". If this is correct, then those files are fine. If they were instead taken from the mentioned website, they should be nominated for deletion on Commons. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:53, 6 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

• If the copyright holder has agreed to the CC-BY-SA licence please ask them to send an e-mail to OTRS team confirming this, ideally using the template at WP:CONSENT.
