• The PD claim is obviously incorrect. Consists of free software, either with compatible or incompatible licences, and of photos with unknown source and licence, possibly incompatible with the licence(s) of the software. Stefan2 (talk) 01:19, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Google's image search suggests the picture originated from www.kde.org and spread over a very limited number of websites. Most probably, when the original author uploaded it, the image's license was tagged as either GPL, BSD, CC, or anyway as a free license. However, as of the current date, nobody seems to be claiming copyright over it and, considering the trivial intellectual work for its production and its very limited diffusion on the web, probably nobody is actually doing.

Any GPL, BSD or CC claim needs to be sourced. Without any source, the image will have to be deleted. Also keep in mind that not all licences are compatible with each other. For example, a GPL image and a CC-BY-SA image can't be combined into a single image. Unless you can prove that there is no copyright holder, it will have to be assumed that there is a copyright holder. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:06, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

• The covers are not dated, so there is no way to confirm that they were published at least 50 years ago. Furthermore, there is no evidence that they are in the public domain in the United States (which requires that they were already in the public domain on 1 January 1996). Furhtermore, Burma is a member of TRIPS since 1 January 1995, and the template {{PD-Myanmar}} seems to be incompatible with TRIPS in several ways, so the copyright terms listed in the template are presumably wrong. • No licence is listed on this page. There are two links to Facebook, but both of them are dead. The first one states that "This content is currently unavailable" and the second one states that "The page you requested was not found." Someone added a screenshot of Facebook, File:"Our City" civic initiative permisson.jpg, and that screenshot states that the file is allowed on Wikipedia, but no additional licence is listed, so this might qualify for F3 deletion. Its definitely an avatar created for Habbo Hotel See: here and look at the section "Posting On Other Web Sites". It sounds like they still retain the rights to the content, but that users can reuse the files as long as certain conditions are met. Because of most of the policy I would say that it is not permissible at Wikipedia, due to the fact that it is not completely free. • Comment: The uploader Frandson10 (talk · contribs) has opened an OTRS ticket stating that he controls the rights to these photographs. Unless there is good evidence to believe otherwise, I think it would be unfair to delete these images. utcursch | talk 03:25, 26 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

One photo by this uploader was already CSDed: File:Elevator Ratray CU.jpg for being a copyvio. Another one is an almost duplicate of the scene here: (see 00:51 second mark). There is absolutely no way these photos were taken in any other method than being on scene during production. I asked about the ticket at Wikipedia:OTRS_noticeboard#Elevator_Files and was told that it is still in the beginning stages and to not let it interfere with PUF.
