Wikipedia:WikiProject Outlines/Drafts/Outline of conservatism (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Old incubator draft. Seems to have missed during this MFD. I don't know about outlines and whether there's interest in working on this but given the passage of time, it would require a lot of rework. Ricky81682 (talk) 04:36, 28 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Leaning Keep everything in Wikipedia:WikiProject Outlines. Archive as required to prevent any possible confusion, although I think that to be unlikely. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 09:57, 30 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Note that "Outline" articles are still significantly present in mainspace. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Search&profile=default&fulltext=Search&search=intitle%3Aoutline --SmokeyJoe (talk) 22:50, 30 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
yes, it certainly seems a more logical place. DGG ( talk ) 00:34, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hesitate to agree. Although "Outlines" exist throughout mainspace, their introductions to mainspace were controversial, both supported and opposed by many. I may not be up to date, but I think the controversy died through disengagement. Moving these drafts may be read as encouraging resumption of expansion of Outline articles. Alternatively, maybe the Wikiproject would be archived. The controversy is in hibernation, I suggest Wikipedia:Don't poke the bear. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 01:33, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I think they've been accepted now--and I personally think they are an excellent idea. If someone disagrees, it can always be nominated for deletion at AfD,and then it will be taken to Deletion Review and if necessary to a RfC yoconfirm what I think is the general consensus.
