This is a nice start for a tutorial, but I agree it's not appropriate for us. I'd strongly recommend we find an appropriate transwiki location and help the author to continue it over there. That is, if the nominator's atrociously bitey behaviour hasn't already scared him off permanently (which would seem likely).
