User:Smithfarm/Hoxsey
Looks like a POV fork of Hoxsey treatment that may have been in the article at some point, but was rightfully removed and is now being hosted in user space. Since it's essentially a POV diatribe, it's unlikely that any of it will be integrated into the main article and so WP is just acting as a webhost for fringe ideas.
