non-notable, by the article's own admission (60 signed up, 9 websites used the service) [UseTheCommandLine ~/talk] #_ 08:23, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • 60 signed up since the host blocked access to the signup module without informing the developers. There are other pages about services that did not succeed. I don't see why this should be deleted. This page is still work in progress. Norman Pinto (talk) 11:26, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Can you maybe explain a bit more how this topic is notable? -- [UseTheCommandLine ~/talk] #_ 15:29, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I already have. Norman Pinto (talk) 04:47, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Where, exactly? Once we have established WP:N then we can discuss the possible conflict of interest here. -- [UseTheCommandLine ~/talk] #_ 05:07, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I don't intend using WP as a web host. I'm only writing an article about a web application that existed a few years ago. Norman Pinto (talk) 11:33, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

So if you intend to bring this article to userspace, we need to establish notability. From my own searches, I have not been able to do that. Perhaps you have other evidence of notability that you would like to share? -- [UseTheCommandLine ~/talk] #_ 11:41, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep for the moment. It does not look promising from the notability point of view, but this is less than three weeks old, and a user is allowed time to work on a draft in user space. If in a few months' time this has not been moved to mainspace, then bring it back to MfD citing WP:FAKEARTICLE, but this is too soon. JohnCD (talk) 23:06, 15 March 2013 (UTC){{}}[reply]
  • Delete per WP:FAKEARTICLE and WP:NOTWEBHOST. The page states:

    1 Click Recommend

1 Click Recommend was an online content sharing service launched in January, 2007. Lack of marketing initiative from it's inexperienced promoters led to it's closure in October, 2010.

At the time of it's launch, 1 Click Recommend was a unique web service, and continues to remain one of the Internets most unique services launched even after it's closure.

    In the infobox, it says:

    Launched November 2, 2007

Current status Closed June 3, 2008

There is no indication that the web application has received significant coverage in reliable sources. The creator of the page is the founder of the website (the infobox states: "Created by Norman Pinto"). WP:NOTADVERTISING is also applicable. (Even though the service no longer exists, the user is promoting himself by writing an article about his non-notable creation.) As JohnCD notes, it's unlikely that 1 Click Recommend passes notability, so I see no need to keep the draft. Cunard (talk) 23:36, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
