The result of the debate was delete and protect from re-creation given that the version in article space is also salted and this exists to promote the organization in question. --Coredesat 16:25, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Deleted article residing in userspace, the only real contributions of its creator. PROD tag added but removed by User:Jeffpw with the summary RM prod tag as article is a) in user space, and b) meets notability threshold (in my opinion as disinterested party). About which a) user space is not a permanent home for not-ready-for-primetime articles; and b) if it meets the notability threshold, why isn't it in mainspace? Of course, that was already considered at its AFD in January and found wanting by other editors. Calton | Talk 07:54, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. Wikipedia is not a free web host. MER-C 08:08, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- Keep: This article is in userspace, and looks to me like it is in the process of development. It is certainly a notable topic (in my opinion), and I have personally written today to the organization asking for news references which can be cited as sources. Jeffpw 11:46, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment I believe that some parts of the page (or article) are violating Wikipedia's policy. However, the rest can be kept and be moved into an article. -Zacharycrimsonwolf 13:47, 9 June 2007 (UTC)

- Delete. Color Africa has been deleted a number of times after being persistently recreated. It is now SALTed. This is in userspace, so it shouldnt be a problem, except that its purpose is to emulate an article-space article, to be linked to from Color Africa's website. Userspace should not be used for hosting articles that have been rejected from article-space - in this case it is clear that is the purpose. Jeffpw, regarding references, see this thread on my talk-page and Color Africa in the news on their website.--Ezeu 16:41, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per MER-C. Ford MF 21:39, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
- Strong delete-User page masquerading as an article. Notability as an article is irrelevant, this is a clear abuse of the user space.--Fyre2387 (talk • contribs) 19:52, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
