Non-notable organization. Draft cites only directory listings. Searches of the usual Google types found no independent, reliable sources containing significant coverage. Tendentiously re-submitted seven times without meaningful improvement, just rants such as "clearly all of this is garbage" (presumably meaning the AfC reviews) and "the message is not the truth". - Delete this insanity. Literally. Check out their promise to provide
nonprofits available to everyone, doctorates available to everyone
; and the website the article links to, [1] their talk of psychiatry and their religious mania, etc. It was also rejected (not just declined) on January 1, 2019. -Crossroads- (talk) 15:20, 26 September 2019 (UTC) - Delete, as per User:Worldbruce and User:Crossroads1, and salt in both draft space and article space. Anything that is resubmitted after being Rejected should be deleted. I would have recommended a block, except that the originator is probably already blocked, and is using IP addresses for block evasion (but it doesn't matter if they are just too stupid or too stubborn to register). A range block doesn't appear likely to be useful. If this is resubmitted in the future using variations on the name, consider using a regexp for the Title blacklist.
