The Second Filipino Wikipedians meet-up in the Bicol Region was held in Naga City on October 19, 21-23, 2009 (Monday), a month after Manila 5. Participants were contributors of the Bicol Wikipedia.

Day 1

It was a joint-meeting of Bikol Wikipedia as represented by its proponent Filipinayzd, and Sumaro Bikolnon, Inc. as represented by its Vice-President Ringer, and Geopoet, the newest member of the two organizations. Filipinayzd and Ringer first met on November 21, 2008.
