| Comment | We have a conflict on what to call micah's powers. The majority of the poster community would call the power technopathy, as would the majority of unofficial sources such as fan blogs, forums, etc. A viewer of the show who was familiar with the term would also call it that, and the definition of technopathy within wikipedia itself would encompass what has been displayed on the show. However, madchester continues to revert any edits that use the term because he claims there is no reliable source such as TV Guide that has used the term, and he is an administrator, so he can win out. So basically, you have what people consider obvious data that they think does not need a further source, versus someone who insists on a secondary source, when none may ever be forthcoming. |

Discussion
While using the talk page of the article in question to solve a dispute is encouraged to involve a larger audience, feel free to discuss the case below if that is not possible. Other mediators are also encouraged to join in on the discussion as Wikipedia is based on consensus.
- I skimmed through the material on the talk page, the discussion is rather lengthy. It seemed to me that the discussion is proceeding normally. Based on the creators comments I think that they might create request for comment as a better approach. They might also find people willing to participate by going to WikiProject TV. They might also approach editors who have worked on articles about the same show. I will leave a note on the creators talk page suggesting those avenues. I think that if they agree, we can simply close this case. TheRingess 16:56, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
