This mage is asserted to be own work. When uploaded, the only information in the description was www.dolphincruises.co.nz which would indicate it came from the web site. Messages like this on the users talk page do not give confidence that they knew about copyright and licensing when uploading the image. I doubt this is own work as claimed.
