File:Sabrina Soundtrack.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Chantessy (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Nonfree soundtrack cover being used in a list article. Originally used in the infobox of an article. It appears that article was merged/redirected to a list. It's current use in an entry of a list fails WP:NFCC#8. Whpq (talk) 00:41, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Then you could simply have removed it from the list article and speedied it under "F5. Orphaned non-free use images". However, it's certainly a DELETE now. Chiswick Chap (talk) 12:53, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Alternatively, Chiswick Chap, {{subst:prod}} (extended to files since 2017) or {{di-disputed fair use rationale}} should have been used. George Ho (talk) 08:58, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed, George Ho, which implies you agree it's a DELETE? Chiswick Chap (talk) 09:03, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
No objections to deletion, honestly. George Ho (talk) 09:04, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File:Soylent Proposition 65 Graphic.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Bluefoxicy (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This is technically (intermittently) in use in an article, as part of the never-ending torrent of spam at Soylent (meal replacement), but it's an obvious copyright violation and will never have any encyclopedic value from Wikipedia's point of view. In the unlikely event that there's any reason to include this information in an article, there's nothing here that can't be replicated just as well as text or free-use images; we don't need to resort to NFC to explain concepts such as "tuna salad sandwich".  ‑ Iridescent 20:01, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
