My apologies. It appears I received an email re. the OTRS situation in December but never opened it. I will attempt to contact the copyright holder in order for to fulfil the OTRS requirements. Any guidance would be appreciated as I've never done this before. I must warn that the copyright holder is not someone I know personally so I don't know how likely they are to respond promptly. I initially uploaded the images stating that I had permission from the author to use them on wikipedia. I received a message from Wikipedia saying that this was not satisfactory. I then contacted the author and I asked them to email wikipedia which he did giving permission to use them. It is clear that permission has been given.
