The result of the discussion was: convert to non-free. The "permanence" aspect of FoP concerns the intention of the installation, whether it's planned to live indefinitely but is vandalized/destroyed a month later or whether it will live indefinitely on the outside of a cruise ship. • Keep The installation was permanent so far as freedom of panorama is concerned. That's because, firstly, it was in place for a long period of time -- months -- and, secondly, because when its life was over, the installation was broken up and scattered -- it no longer existed in the form shown here. This interpretation is essential in understanding the practical meaning of "permanent" because nothing lasts forever. See this case, which supports my position. Andrew D.   • No question about keeping the file - I just believe it should just be licensed as non-free. In regards to the FoP argument, see the administrator's comments in the above discussion (which resulted in a "delete" decision. In a nutshell, the elements of the artwork were not destroyed, but sold or moved for permanent display elsewhere. Kelly ^hi! 23:49, 17 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • The commons discussion was closed with an outrageous supervote which did not properly reflect the consensus of the discussion in which many expert editors !voted to keep the images. Commons is a different project and it is notorious for such vagaries; one reason that I have little to do with it. • Add {{Non-free 3D art}} to file description and a fair use rationale for Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red. Perhaps one may be justifiable for First World War centenary, but this image should be removed from Centenary of the outbreak of World War I, Coalville, Culture of the United Kingdom, Paul Cummins, and Poppy. • Keep The image was uploaded for use in an article and was used in some versions which are still visible, such as this. Per WP:NOTPAPER, space is not a significant consideration and so it's best to keep the image for further use in developing the article or reviewing its history. WP:NOTWEBHOST is irrelevant and insulting as it suggests that the image is being used for some personal purpose, such as dating, which is quite false. Andrew D. (talk) 23:39, 17 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

    • It is my preference to work in this project, not commons, and {{keep local}} exists to record this preference. Deletion would achieve nothing except annoying me; a good-faith volunteer who has expended time, energy and expertise in working upon this topic. No storage is released when such files are deleted. • Keep I can understand the desire to clean up duplicate images, but a deletion needs a valid policy reason and I haven't seen one to say that duplicate images are forbidden. So the proposed deletion lacks a reason. WP:NOTWEBHOST gives five sensible reasons for deleting an image. Which one of these reasons does this image violate?     • Precisely:- We have a Category:Streets in the London Borough of Camden and an article Great Turnstile already written but needing expansion. I fail to see how the rubric applies in this case- though equally I fail to see exactly how I would do so myself. The policy does not swing on artistic judgement.
