This appears to be a just a group of Living Actors, and not a shot of the TV programme. If so it fails WP:NFCC as "Replaceable" Ronhjones ^(Talk) 18:42, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. It's a photo of the living actors of a live-action TV show, in costume, and on-set.

The TV was shot during the early 1990s, and the original channel dropped the ball, and lost the rights to the original. Thus no reproduction to modem times. All the photos I've found of them actually in-screen are captures of highly degraded VHS tapes. This is actually the best possible picture of the characters, given the situation at hand. Uploader states the source as "own work" but lists the author as "damon" and the permission as "Dinosaur Home". It looks like a crop of the first image here (direct link to image) ALH (talk) 20:03, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

OTRS confirmation would be needed. The Dinosaur Home web site provides for user submitted questions including photo attachments. This very well could be the uploader's own work as claimed, but veerification would be needed. -- Whpq (talk) 00:03, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

My evidence of permission tag was removed without comment, so I'll list this here. The source of the image is listed as bangladesh.com, which doesn't have the image. Additionally, the uploader has placed a {{Wikipedia-screenshot}} tag which clearly isn't appropriate for this. ALH (talk) 20:10, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
