Those images, including one that was de-PRODded, from the website https://www.parliament.uk has its own policy toward images of individual MPs saying,

All photographs of individual MPs and Peers on the biographical pages and Committee pages are the exclusive property of Dods and are protected under international copyright laws. The photographs may not be reproduced, copied, stored or manipulated in any form without the written permission of Dods unless for non-commercial purposes, provided permission is sought beforehand and the photo is credited.

However, the uploader JimmyJoe87 asserted Open Government License, which is an invalid license for such images. Oh, and I emailed them a month ago about this, but I've not yet received their response. One file was deleted per Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2018 March 10#File:EleanorlaingMP.jpg for the same reason; so were such images at Commons per c:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Eleanor-Laing.jpg. If they are considered non-free, those images should be deleted because the non-free images of living persons are disallowed per WP:NFC#UUI. --George Ho (talk) 22:53, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
George Ho, as I stated months ago when you unsuccessfully tried to have multiple images of mine deleted, why do you not email the House of Lords or House of Commons directly and ask them about the images or email the peers and MPs in question to ask them about the said pictures. Furthermore when you say that the Open Government Licence is invalid for these images, I should also point out that you were incorrect previously, when it came to my images, on laws and legislation within the UK relating to images being released. It should be pointed out that the Government has released new Official portraits, which can be seen on their respective wikipedia pages, for many of these people, so I have no problem with many of these images being deleted and would happily do a speedy deletion for them myself if someone would assist me as I do not know how to. JimmyJoe87 (talk) 11:42, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
You have been told many times that images from parliament.uk domain are to be treated differently from ones at the domain gov.uk. I guess I'll try to email the webmaster as the Dods editor didn't respond. (Why must anyone directly contact the House of Lords or House of Commons about images of themselves?) --George Ho (talk) 18:55, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't been told 'many times' i've been told by you, who is an editor who got it wrong multiple times when it came to certain images a couple of months ago. By all means email the the HoL or HoC so that this issue can be sorted out. JimmyJoe87 (talk) 08:05, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't looked into all of the details of this case, but just to note that JimmyJoe87 has now been blocked as the latest in a very long line of socks of Marquis de la Eirron. Cordless Larry (talk) 11:34, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Just for an update, the webmaster told me via email to refer to the copyright page, which declares such images as non-free. --George Ho (talk) 21:50, 6 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
