Invalid fair use claim under WP:NFCC#1. This is an image of a living person and so is potentially replaceable, and the individual has free files that might be used at Commons:Category:Jason David Frank at the 2013 Wizard World New York Experience. The only argument I can potentially see grounding an exception is that the image is of him in a power suit, so it is substantially a better fit – more contextually significant in the Tommy Oliver article – than the images of him at the Commons, it is not so likely he could be photographed in that context in the future as opposed to just being photographed, and because the file says it is a publicity still.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 22:46, 24 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
