The image description page claims this is a modification of File:WW2 TitlePicture For Wikipedia Article.jpg. That image was deleted because the image was missing (at one point, there was a problem where some old image revisions disappeared). I looked at the deleted description page via Special:Undelete/File:WW2_TitlePicture_For_Wikipedia_Article.jpg and the list of images used don't quite seem to match the ones in this montage and, even if they did, two of them have been deleted and one has a CC license (not PD). So unless it can be established where these images are from and that they are PD, this montage needs to be deleted. One of the constituent images (the middle left) is apparently Commons:Commons:Deletion requests/Image:1anschluss.gif. It was deleted because it was copyrighted in Germany, even though (some argued in the deletion discussion) it was PD in the US. B (talk) 02:36, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
