I believe that this picture will unfortunately have to be deleted due to the fact that it is unused and because commons:COM:FOP#Finland prevents it from being moved to Commons. This page tells that Urho Heinänen (one of the two sculptors) died in 1977. I can't find any date of death for Wila Martin (the other sculptor). Since 1977 is less than 70 years ago, the photo may only be used for non-commercial purposes in Finland. Can be kept here if someone finds some use for it in some article since it was published before 1923. Stefan2 (talk) 00:45, 18 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it is useless (and it could definitely be used in the article Sebastiaan Bremer) but the problem is that it is unlikely to be free considering that Bremer was born in 1970.
