ShawnIsHere (talk · contribs · count) Well, I decided to take a look through and see where I can improve and stuff. I'm not the most talkative person, but I'll do my best to respond. ShawnIsHere: Now in colors 03:42, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
My primary contribution to Wikipedia involves adding sourced sections, editing sources, and perusing the XFD areas to leave an opinion.
  2. Have you been in any disputes over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Once, over Michael Atkinson, which was not one of my best moments. I had included a contribution sourced from Zero Punctuation about his record on R18+ Video Games. After a minor tiff with another user and an admin, I took a step back and analyzed things, and decided my time was better spent elsewhere on Wikipedia before moving on.

After looking through your contributions and userspace, here are my comments.

  • Your article contributions seem fine.
  • Working in XfD is very good and something not many users do.
  • You seem to have moved past the conflict at Michael Atkinson, so I will leave no comments about that.
  • Are you still adopted? Or working with your adopter? Perhaps they could give more suggestions of areas to work in.
  • Have you considered joining a Wikiproject? Possibly something related to computers or gaming, as those seem to be of interest to you.
  • Your RfA was premature and I suggest you look into WP:admin coaching before another run.

Those are all of my observations. Feel free to leave any questions or comments here or on my talk page. PrincessofLlyr royal court 17:28, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
