Myeloma Canada

Hi. I have started an article about the non-profit Myeloma Canada in my user page. I am requesting for an evaluation. Here's the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Haengbokhada/Myeloma_Canada

I think this organization is notable enough because of the involvement and contribution it helps to further the research about cancer and its cure.

Suggestions are very much appeciated. Thank you very much. Haengbokhada (talk) 03:57, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • It loos as if most of the references are by the organisation, or press releases. We also need two independent references to show notability. Otherwise the style and layout of the article looks good. The logo may get deleted if you do not move it to article space soon ! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:47, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Italian Director

Hello i have started a page about an Italian Director. If you have any suggestions about how i should edit the page to make it suitable for wiki, i would welcome them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kloolimer (talkcontribs) 13:49, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Gabriele Paoli

Hi I have started a new page about an Italian Film Clip Director Named Gabriele Paoli. If you have any suggestions on how i can make the page suitable for wiki, i would welcome them. thank you.

  • Hi, I se that your article was deleted. If you write an article about a living person, it must have references that support the facts stated. Because there were no references at all it was deleted. I also see that you did put some material on the earlier version of the Drawing board. However the only reference there was youtube. This is not counted as being reliable. There should be more indication of where the information came from. You will also need a clear statement about why the topic is important enough to be in Wikipedia. How about working in User:Kloolimer/Gabriele Paoli where it will not be deleted in the near future. Let me know if you need any help getting a copy of the history or the deleted article (there was not much in that). Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:56, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is an organization (non-profit) that is ultimately focused on cloning, creating and then planting the worlds largest, oldest, and most "successful" trees on Earth in an effort to minimize the effects that carbon-dioxide, pollution, and humans have put on the environment. http://www.ancienttreearchive.org/

As this was featured on many notable news sites like Yahoo!, I would definitely say this is a well-known-enough organization to be considered for creation. Hope that you can help this happen :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Obamas Barrack (talkcontribs) 21:13, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There looks to be enough news sources to show notability. I am not sure that yahoo news is a reliable source though. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:42, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
If you look it up on Google News, I'm sure you'll see it will be on multiple major news networks. So, does this give me the permission to start creating the article? Obamas Barrack (talk) 00:11, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You don't need my permission, but you may create the article, as notability look OK for this. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:04, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
