- Intel 8051 (history · last edit) from Intel claims copyright on the instruction set. Pfagerburg (talk) 06:07, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- I think I have dismissed this on the article talk page. CrispMuncher (talk) 13:20, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- Articles typically remain listed here without much action for a week and a day. It seems like this one may need more attention, and I'll bring it up at WT:CP. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:04, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
Seems copyvio clear. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:55, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry, can you clarify that grammar? Did you mean "seems clear of copyvio" (i.e. innocent) or "seems clearly to be a copyvio" (time to remove the material)? Thanks, Pfagerburg (talk) 23:33, 22 November 2009 (UTC)

- Constantine of Berat (history · last edit) from http://www.albanianliterature.net/authors_early/berat.html. Interesting case: it appears that the author, upon request by a Wikipedian back in '05, released all content on his website under the GFDL (documented at User:Millosh/Permissions from Robert Elsie); this new content, having been added after 1 November 2008, cannot currently be used. I've left the user a message asking if he would request the author release under CC-By-SA. There may also be issues with the documentation of the permission, which I happily leave to an OTRS-er to look at - which have a wider implication for the other articles taken from the website. – Toon 20:48, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- OTRS incomplete. See Ticket:2009112010034951. Relisting. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:19, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
