Nominator's rationale: A redundant layer. For the bishops of Verden, there were only Catholic bishops. There were no Lutheran bishops. The category Category:Roman Catholic bishops of Verden already exists for the Catholic bishops. While there were Lutheran Diocesan Administrators, they were not bishops since they were not ordained. The Lutherans were Prince-Bishops but not Bishops. Both Catholic and Lutheran Prince-Bishops jointly have Category:Prince-Bishops of Verden as their parent which is correct.
