Completing nomination for User:178.82.53.35, whose rationale was "Unsourced, probably a hoax." It's certainly not a hoax, but I'm not sure about WP:GNG. Keep and expand - A merge would be a problem as this isn't the first time Volkswagen has produced a car named "Chico": they proposed one in 1992! [1] [2], [3], [4] - it's a lot easier to find info on the 1991/1992 concept car than on the ~2008-2012 Up!-based proposal, in fact, and there also appears to have been an African-market car named "Chico": [5], [6], [7], etc.. Between the three of them though, there is enough here for an article, seperated between the two "generations" as per the standard format. - The Bushranger _{One ping only} 02:12, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Delete per Piotrus - It's nothing but an article failing WP:CRYSTALBALL & WP:TOOSOON, It's barely been expanded since 2011 plus only thing I've found on Google are reviews & images are VW Golfs.
