  • Delete can't find evidence that the subject passes WP:BIO. The sources cited (which to me appear to be pretty comprehensive) don't give significant coverage to the subject. While it is possible for very senior civil servants to be notable, the job doesn't exactly lend itself to media coverage and lower ranking ones are far less prominent.
