Fails WP:GNG. The article presently has no citations containing WP:RS-based significant coverage of the subject, and my WP:BEFORE search across multiple search engines failed to locate any. His appearance on one state ballot as a vice-presidential candidate on a third party-ticket in the 2000 election is insufficient to establish notabilty per WP:NPOL as well.
