An advisor/speechwriter for notables but as far as direct notability, little more than brief mentions in independent sources. The creator of this article, User:TEDTL (and its other primary contributor, User:Osprey23), is likely Tillemann himself or is closely connected, contributing only Tillemann-related edits to the encyclopedia.
