Speedy keep: per WP:SK#3 as a completely erroneous rationale. Subject is very clearly cited as being a state legislator, easily passing WP:NPOL. Any other issues (such as copyediting, unreliable sourcing) should be handled by either applying WP:TWINKLE tags as part of the NPP process or by just doing it yourself.
