Per original nominator: "Non-notable engineering sample and test platform. No references to confer notability, and only a small possibility of temporal interest". Currently it has very little useful information and some of it reads as an advertisement. Merge a sentence into Microprocessor_development_board#DSP_evaluation_boards. There is a book devoted to this and the TI DSK 6713 DSP starter kits.Digital Signal Processing and Applications with the C6713 and C6416 DSK, updated revision.
