In its current form, this article is blatant advertising. The text is promotional in tone, and completely unreferenced. While there are a few news articles about population control in India that mention this organization in passing, they don't provide any in-depth coverage, and this article would need to be completely rewritten even if such in-depth coverage could be found. Delete - I would have nominated this for speedy deletion as grossly promotional had it not already been at AfD.
