Delete. Dean at a newly established university is neither a high enough administrative position nor a significant enough institution to satisfy WP:PROF, his Google Scholar profile doesn't show enough citations for notability that way, and there seems to be nothing else. —David Eppstein (talk) 07:27, 5 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
