A non notable activist and politician. All the sources provided are covering about some other people, other events and organisations. As a politician he has been not elected as a member of parliament or member of any state assemblies. So much source is given here to make other users think that the subject has got enough coverage. But in reality, majority of sources are covering about something else. The subject clearly fails WP:GNG Poppified ^talk 12:42, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete A president of the Indian Youth Congress is notable. A local position holder is not. This article has been WP:REFBOMBed. Some of the citations ([1][2]) fail to mention Rissam at all. Quite a number of citations are dead links ([3][4] and others). Quite a few mention him only in passing ([5][6] and more). There is little in the way of coverage that is directly about this person. There's not enough to build on here to establish notability per WP:GNG. Ok, a prominent local figure.
