Does not quite meet the requirements of the two relevant notability guidelines (WP:BIO and WP:GNG). His name appears in a few sources that discuss Banner Industries (Krasney was CEO there for some time) but there's very little, if anything, said about him specifically and I don't see how we can therefore create a viable article based on reliable sources.
