Keep Recognised degree-awarding institution. I would like to correct you, this article is about a college located in Allahabad. Since the college offers recognized degree it is notable. CutestPenguin {talk • contribs} 16:08, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Allow me to return the favor: WP:PROF is a notability guideline for people, not institutions, and so does not apply here. The location of the college is irrelevant, as is whether or not it offers a particular kind of degree-- what matters is whether or not there are multiple, reliable, independent, non-trivial sources which discuss the subject.
