Previously deleted within AFD (See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Robot Rage), speedily deleted 3 other times (See here), this page was recreated. However, it contains no assertion of notability or any sources that indicate why it's necessary to have a page on this game. It reads essentially like a game-guide, as well, which is not what Wikipedia is for (If there's a GameFaqs-a-pedia, maybe this should go there).
