Delete. Single-market local radio personalities aren't automatically entitled to have Wikipedia articles just because they exist: the notability test requires that they work for a national network (e.g. Matt Galloway) and/or that they have enough reliable source coverage in sources independent of their own employers to pass WP:GNG (e.g. Dave Bookman.) But this passes neither of those tests: he's never worked for a national network, and the article is referenced entirely to the self-published websites of directly affiliated organizations rather than any evidence of third party media coverage about him.
