Regional varieties of Scottish English

The subject of this article purports to deal with varieties of a dialect (Scottish Standard English) but only contains usupported material about accent; not at all the same thing. The only reference deals with accent, not dialect, and doesn't support the premise of the article. I believe the creator may also be getting confused with the distinct dialects of Scots as opposed to the supposed regional differences of any significance (questionable) in the Scottish English form.
