  • Delete - Looks like an essay with no hopes for improvement (to the point that I searched for copyvio of the original website, but did not find it - many similar structures but no violation). Moreover, notability is dubious: I know this is not really an argument but the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife ought to be at least more notable that this program, and we do not have an article about it.
