WP:BLP of a single-market local radio broadcaster, referenced entirely to primary sources (an alumni graphic on the self-published website of his own alma mater and a staff profile on the self-published website of his own employer) rather than any evidence of reliable source coverage about him and his work. As always, local radio personalities are not automatically entitled to have Wikipedia articles just because they exist -- to be notable enough for an article, he would either have to have a stronger notability claim than just existing, or much stronger coverage about him in third-party reliable sources than this.
