This is a procedural nomination for this page due to its apparent non-notability based on the hour-long conversation on IRC with the page creator arguing with DragonflySixtyseven about getting the related image deleted. From the edit history it looks like various parties have been attempting (and failing) to nominate the page properly, so I'm being nice and doing it for them.
