Organisation's goals

An article on a very general topic indeed, but which essentially just the uncritical recapitulation of the very general views of a notable writer on organization theory-- his works are hte only substantial references. I considered whether they might be merged into the article on Mintzberg, but I doubt they are in any sense his distinctive ideas. DGG ( talk ) 02:30, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete per WP:TNT and WP:CFORK. The title isn't appropriate (it should be organizational goals), the content seems to be unduly promoting Mr. Mintzberg, and I don't see Strategic planning as a great target. User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 18:58, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
