As far as I can see, fails WP:GNG. No hits on Google News, 52 hits at Google, no own website. But it is possible that there is a local name generating more convincing coverage, but I could not find that name. The Banner talk 12:24, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete There appear to be no third-party reliable sources on this subject. A reasonable assessment of the primary sources doesn't yield much hope either; the article subject just seems to be a localised philanthropic project from a Catholic Church Cesdeva (talk) 01:42, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
