Appears to be a promotional pieces about a non-notable journalist. The sources present in the article as well as a before search only yields results with barebones passing mention of the subject that fail to meet the requirements of either WP:GNG or WP:BASIC. Keep Seems a notable journalist and a cartoonist from his previous work. Mr Votu is a famous mascot in India designed by the subject. His book Representatives at Work could also be a notability factor.Priyanjali singh (talk) 16:38, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
