NantWorks

For three years, this article has been tagged for notability. In the sidebar, there was an assertion that NantWorks is a public company. It is not. A run through the references finds little to do with NantWorks, other than assertions that the other companies mentioned are part of the conglomerate. Much of what is there is conflated with NantHealth, which is a publicly traded company. NantWorks, it seems, is the private holding company of the founder and his associates. It is not noteworthy. Keep. It appears a little strange to challenge the notability of the holding company while not doubting the relevance of the constituent companies like NantHealth and NantOmics. The holding is usually wielding the power or at least controls finance and its owner is not a billionaire for nothing. At best, Redirect to Patrick Soon-Shiong. Use WP:ORGCRIT. No one of the references has all four attributes: (1) significant coverage, (2) independent, (3) reliable, (4) secondary source. Patrick Soon-Shiong may be smart, rich, and famous, but that doesn't confer notability on his holding company, the one with a one page website. Merge to Patrick Soon-Shiong. All of the sources listed are just database entries or unreliable sources. I could not find more sources on the web. I will retract this if someone manages to find reliable sources. Carpimaps (talk) 13:51, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
